Learn essential movements and principles of Tai Chi through this progressive four-day workshop, suitable for beginners, that introduces participants to a compact version of tai chi. This form has been researched and medically approved to help alleviate joint pain and improve balance. Practicing outdoors provides even more stress relieving benefits. Led by an educator/certified tai chi instructor, these sessions bring this ancient mind-body form of movement into the Vail Valley. Space limited to ten participants.
