Yoga in the Gardens

Enjoy a morning practice with a local instructor at the most zen place in Vail. Located on the Alpine Plaza of the Gardens, you will be surrounded by a world class, carefully curated plant collection, buzzing hummingbirds and a rushing waterfall to soothe the soul. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

No pre-registration. Arrive at the Alpine Plaza located in the middle of the Gardens -look for rock steps leading to a stone courtyard and large waterfall. See the map below. The Plaza is exposed to sun, consider wearing sunscreen and/or a hat. A portion of your purchase helps support the Gardens work in conservation, education and horticulture.
