Enjoy a morning practice with a local instructor in one of the most peaceful settings in Vail. Meet at the Alpine Plaza of the Gardens, where you’ll be surrounded by a world-class, carefully curated plant collection and buzzing pollinators.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

No pre-registration required—simply arrive at the Alpine Plaza.
Location Note
The Alpine Plaza is located in the middle of the Gardens near the lower lawn and playground. Look for the stone steps leading into a courtyard space. Please refer to the map below for reference. The plaza is fully outdoors and exposed to sun—sunscreen, hats, and water are recommended.

- Ford Park Parking Lot: ~5-minute walk west to the Gardens
- Vail Village Parking Structure: ~5-minute walk east to Ford Park

Free In-Town Bus
- Golden Peak stop: cross the street, walk through Manor Vail Lodge breezeway into Ford Park
- Ford Park stop (Orange, Blue, Yellow routes): follow path past tennis courts and athletic fields to the Gardens
Walking
- From Vail Village: take South Frontage Road east to Ford Park
- Or follow the Gore Creek path (Betty Ford Way) into Ford Park
