As part of our Nurtured in Nature Series, join us for Tai Chi on the rooftop of the Education Center!
An ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing and focused intention, Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion.” It has been shown to improve balance, flexibility, and strength while reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm. An accessible and beneficial practice for people of all ages!
Register for one session or all four. Drop-ins welcome!
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and sneakers/running shoes
Bring a hat, water and sunscreen
