Basic Botany Class
In partnership with Denyse Schrenker, Eagle County Extension Agent, this is the pre-class to the three field Montane Native Plant Master classes. This class is in-person at the Eagle CSU Extension Office or via Zoom.
During three outdoor field sessions held in the Gardens and Vail Area, you will learn common and scientific names, ecological relationships, and human uses of 40 – 50 plants. You will also develop skills in using family features and a botanical key to identify plants. $100 course fee.
