Sound Bath

Unwind in the serene setting of the Gardens while experiencing the resonant frequencies of multiple crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other acoustic instruments. The session begins with a brief, guided meditation to help you settle in, followed by a dedicated period of deep listening as the sound vibrations fill the mountain air. These harmonic tones are designed to encourage relaxation and provide a quiet space for mental clarity. It is an ideal opportunity to unplug and recharge within the peaceful atmosphere of our high-altitude botanical collections.
