What Would You Grow?
This three-part, spring nature journaling series invites you to explore what you are ready to plant in a real or imagined garden and how you will nurture it to thrive. Through gentle guided walks, reflective prompts, and time for journaling and sketching, you’ll connect with the natural world and your own inner landscape. Nature journaling has been shown to support stress reduction, improved mood, and increased mindfulness and connection, though each person’s experience is their own.
Participants may bring their own journals and art supplies or use the simple materials provided, and can drop in for any session or join all three at a discounted rate.

Cost: $35 for one session or $85 for all three
Ages 16+, max 10 participants, minimum 3 participants
