Tai Chi Class Series

Learn essential movements and principles of Tai Chi this summer at the beautiful Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. This four-day workshop, suitable for beginners, introduces participants to a compact version of tai chi. This form has been researched and medically approved to help alleviate joint pain and improve balance. Led by an educator/certified tai chi instructor, these sessions bring this ancient mind-body form of movement into the Vail Valley. Space limited to ten participants.
