See the journey each vitamin packed plant takes to make it onto your plate, taking your entrée to a whole new level of elegance and health.
Hear how these founders turned a passionate idea into a Vail Valley staple. You can find their greens on your plate at local restaurants or purchase your own at Hovey & Harrison and impress your guests at your next dinner party. With a growing demonstration and live cutting, you’ll leave with a new adoration of these tiny wonders -and possibly a new hobby.
